This suspended sculpture was created using found objects from seven different cities in Europe. All of the objects were collected while the artist was studying art history abroad. Each chain contains the items found in a specific city. The cities included are London, Paris, Nice, Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. The steel rod that carries the chains is a downscaled model of the route taken between each city, representing the map and the distance between them. Items are attached using various methods including adhesive, wire, and chain links.
